Standard UK orders (excluding kegs) are shipped using DHL Express Parcels Next Day Service. Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

Orders less than £60 | £7.99 delivery charge
Orders between £60-£99.99 | £4.99 delivery charge
Order more than £100 | FREE delivery

As above, however there is a standard £5 surcharge per case

Keg Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery Driver Health & Safety
Delivery Drivers are responsible for their own health and safety when delivering kegs, or any other products. Responsibility lies with the driver to decide if delivery conditions are safe. A driver has the right to refuse delivery under such conditions if they feel delivering cannot be done safely.
Such conditions include, but are not exclusive to:
- Delivering up, or down stairs.
- Delivering into a home
Dunns Marketplace Limited and its delivery partners are not liable for any damage caused to personal property while delivering kegs, or other products.
We offer click and collect from our Blantyre warehouse between the hours of 2pm-5pm. Collection is available Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours between ordering time to collection time. Choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout, select a date and time you want to collect.
The minimum order value for collection is £30.

- Enter premises via the 'Goods In' entrance. Report into our Dispatch office, the left hand Portacabin.
- Our dispatch team will take a note of your name and vehicle registration name to identify you. a member of staff will then fulfill your collection.
Things to consider:
- Please turn up for your collection as near to your time slot as possible.
- Please be careful when you visit our premises. We operate a very busy yard and there may be large trucks which can not always see small vehicles, so remain cautious and stop your car out the way.
- Our staff will load your order into your boot or leave at the rear of your vehicle.
- Once the operator has finished they will invite you to check your order
- Please note that no errors can be corrected once you leave the loading area.
- Please note there is a strict one-way system in operation.
Please ensure that you observe safe working distance measures at all times.
Warehouse Operator Health & Safety
If you are collecting kegs from our warehouse, please ensure your vehicle is of a suitable size and condition to facilitate collection of a keg(s).
Warehouse Operators are responsible for their own health and safety when loading kegs into a customer vehicle. Responsibility lies with the Warehouse Operator to decide if loading conditions are safe. A Warehouse Operator has the right to refuse loading under such conditions if they feel loading cannot be done safely.
Dunns Marketplace Limited and Dunns Food and Drinks Ltd and its staff are not liable for any damage caused to personal property while loading kegs, or any other products, at point of collection.
Refunds & Returns
We strive to ensure all products are sent and arrive in good condition but understand that rare mistakes can happen or fragile contents can sometimes get damaged in transit.
We aim to make the returns process as simple as possible for you and our team are available to rectify this for you quickly and easily.
If you have received goods that are below the standard you expect and wish to return them, please get in contact with us via email: email@example.com .
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to any email query
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged then you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue either a redelivery of the order if stock is available, or a full refund, whichever is preferable. If an item has arrived damaged, we encourage you to take a picture of the broken product and the box as we may need this for our own records or as proof for our courier’s records.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address, postal code or contact telephone number. Please check all information is correct when placing your order.
For logistical reasons, The Beer Town do not accept returns unless exceptional circumstances apply. To return goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return items in their original packaging to: Dunns Marketplace Ltd, 32 Glasgow Road, Blantyre, G72 0JY with a note of your name and order number. You must notify us of any return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
We hope that you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the Goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Once the Goods are returned to us, they will be inspected to ensure they are in an acceptable condition. We will not accept any products that have been opened due to health and safety reasons, except for keg products which you believe to be faulty.
Please contact our Customer Service team (email@example.com) before returning your Goods to us. If we agree you will return the Goods to us, we will arrange a collection from our courier to pick up the Goods and return to our warehouse.
The courier costs of returning the Goods to us is payable by the customer, unless the product is returned because of a fault we made, or you believe the keg to be faulty. Ensure the kegs are palletised and packaged securely, and please sign for the collection when the courier picks up the Goods.
Upon receipt of the Goods, we will inspect them to ensure they are in a Saleable Condition (as determined by The Beer Town acting reasonably). Saleable Condition means unopened with at least 1 month within the products use by, or best before date, and in good condition. If the Goods are not in such a condition, we will not accept the return or reimburse any amounts already paid by you. You will be responsible for providing us with the costs of redelivery to you and if you fail to do so within 5 Business Days of returning the Goods to us, we will be entitled to dispose of the Goods in any way we see fit without liability.
What to do with empty kegs…
When you have finished your beer and the keg is empty, generally you can take them to your local pub and they should be happy to take them off your hands.
However, if you would like to return the empty kegs to us, we can arrange for a courier collection and return back to our warehouse. The kegs must be palletised and secure. The customer is responsible for paying courier collection charges to return empty kegs to us. This will be billed by The Beer Town to the customer at the standard delivery charge of £50.
